PARKING

Meter Parking:  Parking meters in the Central Business District will be extended to four (4) hours from October 17 – October 26.  Meters are free after 7pm daily and all day Sunday.

All parking meters in the Township accept (3) three types of payment: coins, credit card or ParkMobile.  If a meter coin slot or credit card slot is jammed, then please pay using the ParkMobile app. If you prefer to call ParkMobile to provide your credit card information, the number is: 877-727-5304.  Otherwise, you are subject to getting a summons for parking without paying at a metered space.

Suggested parking lots/decks include:

  • Midtown Deck (202 Glenridge Avenue)
  • The Crescent Deck (13 The Crescent)
  • South Fullerton Deck (access to this deck is thru the South Fullerton Lot, 25 S. Fullerton Ave, at the bottom of the hill)
  • South Willow Deck (25 South Willow Street)

Meter lots/decks:

  • Fullerton Deck (1stand 2nd Level Only) Pay for parking using the ParkMobile App (zone 401) or at the Pay Stations
  • Maple Plaza Lot (Metered Parking)
  • Valley Road Plaza Lot (Metered Parking)

For Montclair Kimberley Academy (MKA) Upper School:

  • There is a parking lot behind the school that can accommodate up to 100 cars.
  • Additional parking is available in the Walden lot – from Bloomfield Avenue, turn onto Walden place just below the football field.  There is a path along the side of the field to the school.
  • If one show is exiting and another is entering, it can get busy.  We do our best to stagger show times for this reason. We greatly appreciate your patience and kindness with our staff who do their best to manage the traffic for the safety of all.   
  • Please allow for plenty of time and consider carpooling or ride sharing.
  • PLEASE NOTE, ON SATURDAY, OCT. 25TH THERE IS A SCHOOL EVENT ALSO HAPPENING SO PARKING WILL BE EXTRA CHALLENGING.

For The Bellevue:

Parking meters in the Upper Montclair District will be extended to four (4) hours from October 17 – October 26.  Meters are free after 7pm daily and all day Sunday.

  • Bellevue Lot – Pay for parking using the ParkMobile App or at the Pay Stations
  • Upper Montclair Plaza Lot – Pay for parking using the ParkMobile App or at the Pay Stations

TRANSPORTATION

  • Consider using UBER or LYFT to avoid parking
  • NJ Transit Bus #29 from Newark Penn Station –stops along Bloomfield Avenue for all venues. www.njtransit.com
  • NJ Transit Train Boonton Line from NYC to Bay Street – 10-20 minute walk to most venues. www.njtransit.com/train-to
